Every single Christmas ministry leader from around the world starts to panic because it’s crunch time. This is the time of year when all your volunteers are going out of town. This is the time of year everyone wants to spend time with their family and no one wants to painstakingly give those precious holiday hours away to the church.
And yet it’s the time of year when churches and ministries need the most help. The time of year when they need the most volunteers to put on excellent and inspiring events, because it’s the time of year when everybody finally comes to church.

I hope you are enjoying all of the joy that this season brings! Christmas is such a sensational time of year. There’s this idea at Christmas time that people should be more kind and giving, more willing to serve and more willing to reconcile with family and friends.
Some people refer to it as the, “Magic of the Season”, but it’s more powerful than that. It’s a special kind of thing because so many people are trying to remove Christ from Christmas and yet the behaviors He exemplified for us live on in this season.
As Christians we should be poised to live that way more all the time. But without a doubt in December, even believers are more likely to count their blessings and be generous. Finally telling the people in their lives they are grateful for all they do.
There is definitely more to do this time of the year. We know fitting one more thing in your schedule isn’t easy, but we think one of the most important things that you could do is to be a part of our team of volunteers that makes our Christmas Eve services spectacular.
Many people are resistant to going to church most of the year, but are open during this time, help us show them the “Magic of the Season” is really the birth of the Savior that changed the world.
